OLP (Off Line Programming)

ROBCAD OLP eases Off line programming of robots and machines uses in the workshop. Programming and process studies are closely realted and share the same database; ROBCAD OLP relies on trajectories data created using ROBCAD SPOTWELD and builds a group of generic commands that can be used by all robots controllers. These commandes provide a specific controller with programs and a precise simulation of the robot's movements.





ROBCAD OLP also allows to simulate robot and machine programs directly created by the controller, so that evaluation and edition of programs due to trajectory modifications is eased.




ROBCAD OLP uses RRS (Realistic Robot Simulation) in order to obtain an even more simulation. RRS uses the very same algorithms that the ones present in the robot controller. The ROBCAD OLP and RRS combination allows the creation and simulation of precise off line programs.
