FEASIBILITY
Realizing a feasibility study requires the use of implantation
schemes using CAD formats such as DXF, DWG, IGS (etc...) or
on-site reports in order to have a starting point to the study.
Importing the different parts used in the installation is only
possible when the parts are digitized, or when they are already
present in existing libraries.
All puttingups of working points and trajectories of robots are made using ROBCAD SPOT.
The site evolves throughout the whole feasibility study :
The interactive simulation of
the pliers over the points.
Collision with surrounding mecanisms and the
environment around the workspace.
Time cycle simulation and documentations
about the points depending on the welding instructions.
allow us to make the necessary modifications in order to optimize :
The choice of pliers.
The tools that are going to be used.
Task balancing between robots present in the same cell.
Time cycles
etc ...
